The manager should have the ability to presume the impossibility and take anticipation before it happen.

In terms of the purchase, the manager should look for the sources that have the lowest price by not forgetting to examine the products quality. Regardless of it, the policy of increasing sales like store layouts and advertising budgets must be affordable. A sales manager should also arrange plausible rates and not manipulate customers.

The missing of record will cause the business fallen down. Keeping file records will be helpful in anticipating problems immediately. Updating records regularly will also be advantageous in running the business to be more organized and improve the efficiency.

The staffs in the company need to be motivated as well as being given certain instructions. Maintaining good supervision will also help to lower the operating costs by decreasing some errors made as well as increasing the work quality.

It is not secret anymore that in many organizations in order to get the best ability of the workers, the manager must increase their morale. Once motivated, the workers will work very hard in achieving the company objectives and this will result in the success of the business. The motivation given for the employees can be in the term of periodic salary increments, best performance of employees rewards, as well as the establishing team building activities.
