Most of the insanity of running the business is as result of the business owner that cannot release from their primary daily jobs. This will cause what people known as Entrepreneurial Insanity.
In the business industry, the business owners are divided into three types. This first one is what most people like Doers. Beside they own the business, they also do the daily works. The employees on the business are just there to give assistance for doing such job. The second type is the Overseers who let the employees do the job under their direct supervision and advice.
The third type is the Entrepreneurs as the smallest group of business owners. They create a certain systems needed by the business to keep running and find a solution in case there is a problem ahead. They have managers who manage the systems, and the employees are managed by the systems.
It is very exciting to find out the way of thinking these types of business owners. The Entrepreneurs as the business owners always have the main job for thinking. This thinking will generate the vision as the source of many opportunities. Thinking is the main reason for every entrepreneur to wake up every morning.
The Overseers are considered as the pragmatic type. They have a good thinking but only for the recent operation that has to be his/her responsibilities. This type of business owners will never think about something else outside of the job that we called as self imposed boundaries.
The Doers will not be willing to think as they considered not a work and they only do the work. The entrepreneurs understand what they have to do and the way the do it. So it is not necessary to think anything else.
Perhaps this kind of definition is not precise enough, but most people include themselves into one of the three basic types of business owners stated above.
